Mercedes-Benz AMG M104 3.4L 24V Engine & 722.5 5-Speed Automatic Transmission – Complete, Matching Numbers
Offered is an exceptionally rare and highly desirable AMG M104 3.4-liter 24-valve inline-six engine paired with its original 722.5 5-speed automatic transmission, removed together from a 1992 Mercedes-Benz 300CE 3.4 AMG. This drivetrain represents a true pre-merger AMG factory build, identifiable by the AMG data code 957 and confirmed matching engine and transmission numbers.
The donor vehicle spent its life across Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States, and was acquired from a known collector. The engine and transmission were removed simultaneously in preparation for a swap and are being sold as a complete, mated set.
